NEW ENERGY CERTIFIED OFFICES

The new headquarters at the Alegia plant have recently been inaugurated. The building, built in 1953  and recently renovated, has obtained an energy rating C in terms of CO2 emissions and D in terms of non-renewable energy consumption.

All this indicates that significant progress has been made in reducing energy consumption and its environmental impact. The label was awarded by an accredited sustainability certification organization, which assessed the building's energy efficiency and sustainability practices.

The team involved in the design and renovation of the building (AML, Architecture and Engineering) has worked tirelessly to implement a series of measures aimed at reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainability. These include the modernisation of the building's lighting, heating and air conditioning systems, the installation of energy-efficient windows and the implementation of a comprehensive waste management programme.

The label qualification is a major achievement for the office building, as it demonstrates once again Feralco's commitment to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint.

By implementing energy-saving measures, companies can not only reduce their environmental impact, but also save money on energy costs in the long run.
